In order to bring the engineering results and expertise of the European radio astronomical engineers to the attention of the broader engineering community, special sessions will be organised within the framework of existing workshop suites or large international conferences. The objective will be to exchange ideas and new directions, and to attract the interest of researchers in related fields to collaborate in the development of radio astronomical applications.
