F.Colomer * Check if there is the opportunity of having students working on the scheduler and the interface. All * Reporting about ongoing fund search S Varano \\ RESOURCES * Flyer about European connections in Radio Astronomy R. Cumming * Information and images about radio telescopes/astronomy (create a Creative Commons Licence?) on RadioNet website C. Vogt * 4-5 minutes films about Radio Astronomy (history, how radio telescopes work, technology, frequencies, society benefit) J. Bowler, C. Vogt * Map of EVN radio telescopes K.Yun, S.Varano * VCs overview S.Varano * Material for teachers All * Networking schools from different countries (EU-HOU) All * Wiki page for sharing information C. Vogt --> OK * Calendar * Sharing postcards \\ BIG PROJECTS * Travelling exhibition about SKA * ALMA panels (now available) * Editable materials about international projects * LOFAR movie * Exchange ideas about how to advertise LOFAR \\ MISCELLANEA * Social networks (Facebook, lindedin) * connection between VCs (a European scaled astronomical path?) ==== Reports ==== **S. Varano** - **Fund raising**. No success with the fund search for educational activities to be done with our Small Radio Telescope: //the collaboration on this item is crucial//. - **Map of EVN telescopes**. We could, as a first step, publish here the links to our telescopes web cams, or a nice picture of the telescope (that could be used in case a web cam is not present). I put the link to the web cam pointing our telescope in Medicina close to my name in the group/contact list. Once we have collected the web cam links (or the images) we can put together a map similar to one of TNA telescopes within RadioNet this, in which every image is a thumbnail (or a miniature) of the web cam view.\\ http://www.radionet-eu.org/sites/radionet-eu.org/files/cms/images/RadioNet_TNA_Aug10.jpg\\ I will need Kristine Yun's help, in order to do it. I think we could put it on JIVE and/or RadioNet websites. - **VCs Overview**. I am collecting a brief description of the VCs of radiotelescopes across Europe. I am using the pieces of text some of you sent me for the VC-Net proposal and the abstract to your presentations at the Outreach Workshop. I will send these descriptions to you for checking and updating. - **Material for teachers**. As soon as the "Marcello Ceccarelli" Visitor Centre website will be ready, I will put there all our material for teachers. I invite you to put here the link to your material, so that I can check it and see what we can think about translating in english (what to we do about copyright?). - **Networking schools from different countries (EU-HOU)**. This is something really hard planning at this stage. I suggest that, for the moment, anytime one of us has contacts with a foreign group of students, he/she should get in contact with the person (or people) working in EPO of Radio Astronomy for that country, should it only be for his/her knowledge. **F.Boekhorst** - LOFAR movie: the LOFAR movie is almost finished, it only needs Dutch subtitles. It has become a documentary of about 50 minutes. The film will be shown at ASTRON in June and put on the ASTRON website when it is finished.
